It’s hard to keep control when there’s a taste of a festival of flavors from a Fast Açaí. To provide all of this to our clients, we have a lot of control. We from Fast Açaí know, follow and evaluate the whole process of production of the raw material we acquire for production of the products of the brand. It’s hard work but we do what we love, after all having the taste of açaí is success. This is the only way we can certify the quality of the foods provided. For this to happened we periodically send a team to the most diverse regions where the açaí is produced and verify how everything is handled, transported and stored.
Unfortunately we still haven’t been able to produce little boxes of açaí on a tree but, this doesn’t prevent us from going to the state of Pará-Brazil and reap our açaí. Our açaí goes through the process of reaping, being transported and being depulped, all of this in less than a day, garenteeing the consumption of the product.
In the state of Rondonio-Brazil we have the reaping of the cupuaçu fruit, also following Fast Açaí productive process. We rely on nature by it being so wise for us to know when to reap the fruit, by it falling from the tree tells us it is ready to be processed. From the tree to the industry to be depulped will be within 24 hours, only this way will it come with all the flavor and nutrients to our clients.
The story doesn’t end there, these flavorful fruits have a lot a long way to go and adventures to live. After the depulping, the delicious pulps are put in 1kg sterilized plastic packing and go through a -18º C ultrafreezing process, to garentee that no bacteria prolifers. After the freezing the bars are put in raffia bags and transported to Fast Açaí’s fantastic industry, which receives.
In the industry the bars are stored in a cold storage at -18ºC, after that the processing of the pulp, that while still frozen are put in a grinder and are added the banana and guarana syrup. With this the product blends into a perfect, smooth and ideal texture. Then the package is plastic packed and put into boxes of nine liters. This way the açaí and cupuaçu are taken super frozen to its destination maintaining all the flavor that your already know.
Its not enough having a natural taste and forget human worth. This I why all the collaborators from Fast Açaí are trained to follow the Portaria 326, published by Anvisa (Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency), that carries rules of manufacturing food quality. This applies on all the process, a rigorous program of quality , mixing the carefulness, affection and eight items that are observed and inspected routinely, being potability of the water, control of urban pests, hygiene requirements and personal asepsis, among others.
